Sitting and staring at nothing in particular while thinking of absolutely nothing isn't laziness; it's the most effective way of recharging your energy.

The sun is nice, but it's still chilly if you are in the shade. I'm not great at doing nothing though. Lying on a beach is not my idea of a fun holiday.

We should appreciate what is around us. Getting out for my runs is a chance for that. I see a fair bit of wildlife and notice the passing of the seasons.
