Being a leader does not mean you should lord it over those under you. You must understand that the one who is under you today might be above tomorrow. Treating people with love and respect pays more dividend.

As a mistress or a boss who had trained many apprentices, I have learnt to bless them and not to curse. I try my best to understand and endure with their inadequacies. True leadership is about building lifes and destinies not lording over them.
