I subscribed! What I would do is slow down a little. You are "wasting" good ideas for no views. Let the algorithm learn your audience. You are pushing out many videos back to back, the algorithm has not had time to learn your audience yet. Also, they recommend you should only concentrate on one type of video, either shorts or regular horizontal videos. The audienced are really different. The shorts viewers will never concentrate on vertical videos because they find them boring. I recommend you watch VIDIQ - channel, they are my favourite. When your algorithm picks up, you can increase the pace of publishing.
