The tag has slipped off the chart. We need a few more people doing the daily word puzzle.
It's not generally a daily habit, but I walk a fair bit anyway. I'm doing an activity challenge this month, so am doing something every day. About 3500 steps this morning.
It's perfect and healthy. I walk every evening, covering up to 5,000 steps, and it has really helped me health-wise.
Maybe after the challenge you can consider adding walking to your daily routine
Failing twice in a row would be a shame :)
