I don't know if anyone has said or done it before. But since yesterday I think Hive should have an app to do live, where you can watch musicians sing live, stop using space x and tik tok, YouTube, etc where you can receive live tokens, play live without using Twich.
Well, when we have so few users on hive to begin with, the number of those interested in hosting a stream on a hive only platform are probably even less. It was never a super busy place.
We also had dlive once upon a time, before the fork from steem to hive.
Once upon a time we had three! vimm, dlive, and dtube. They all supported live streams.
The only thing that they did that was "special" was create a post in which the live stream was embedded. Also supported pop ups for tipping that streamers could add as overlays. I used all 3.
