I sold most of my HBD last year and powered up, but Hive is on a continuous spiral down. Saving the last few hundred for if it drops even further, then I have nothing to lose coz it will only go back up

Yes, these seagulls get aggressive if people feed them. We also have other animals that can cause trouble like bears, Canada geese, and coyotes, which people were also feeding until the city passed stiffer laws against feeding animals. It's like a zoo here.
That makes sense... but it must be interesting to see all these animals in the wild, though some can be scary. ^^

My daughter's curious look on a new shop we visited. We were very hungry one night because it was very late. Then my husband said I stop what I was doing in the kitchen and went to the shop.

I love anime! But i been very selective lately... i see a lot of the same plot being repeated and watered down... im also not into fan-service, school life, or tournaments... so like 70% "no"? Parasyte the maxim is the ground-0 for what a good anime looks like to me. 🤓👍
Well, at least you have good taste. The one you mentioned is one of the most recommended to me. I also love science fiction anime for the same reason, since many have amazing stories.
Among my favorites is Pluto, a science fiction masterpiece that you must see.

I can't recall the time I last used one... I still have one, but I use the phone most of the time.
On iPhone there are tools that make as good as I can compare (and even output directly to PDF or others), as long people don't want to see the little fur of paper (microscopic exaggeration) kind of detail, for me the scanner just got banned for both "time" and cost of usage.
I have an older Android, and my printer is has 5-in-1 capability, so I suppose proximity and lack of cost matters!
yep, but my prediction is that individual scanners (the ones with a single tap door) will eventually disappear as a device. On combo's like that and on big printers it might continue because of the need to scan multiple pages kind of thing.

I don't have a scanner anymore, so phone... there's a "Scan Text" camera option which is a great help. :D
I have an old HP inkjet/scanner, but I just use the scanner on it now to scan bills etc. I don't want to have to keep lots of paper. I guess I could use my phone, but I can easily scan docs into a multi-page PDF on the scanner.
Mostly they do, but I still get some paper for a few things. Some of that is moving online. We definitely get a lot less post these days.
One thing that caught my eye today was this one cloud glowing beautifully. It had its own spotlight from the sun. 😅 Right beside it were just normal clouds. Not glowing at all. Fascinating, isn't it? 😍

The OS most of us use ubuntu because its much easier/tested. But you can run on other things... even Windows. And you can also run everything under docker images, which the API node code is prepared for too.
Hardware, depends. But nothing short of 64GB just for the API node. 8 cores or more... of a recent CPU I would say is the minimum to start playing. And a good 4TB of NVMe storage (suggest more even for backups).

Ah, then yes, you need specific code to produce blocks, yes (https://github.com/openhive-network/hive). Hardware not so much, as the requirements just for witnessing are very very low (8-16GB, and 2-4 cores will more than do).

From what I understand, people don't send their funds. Someone stole their keys and transfers the money as fast as the power down allows.
Incredible, I was also scammed. There is a link that looks exactly like that of either hivesigner or peaked. That link is connected to the account shared above.
So, the link is at the tail end of the Airdrop message. When you click it, it will request for your keys 🔑

the floods are back... last night my dogs trembled in fear, lightning so close to us, the noise would wake up someone in a coma.
Rain pouring down as if we were being punished. It all began to calm down around 3am. At that time I get a phone call. My brother's car a tall Jeep type, is about to be taken by the water. It must be moved.
Armed with stupidity and my pijamas, I went to move it, water to almost my knees. I got it out of the danger zone, walked back home soaking wet.
Took a quick shower, of course, I was practically swimming in mud, and tried to catch some sleep. To say It was a crazy night, is such an understatement.

I'm only passively playing through the new automation available through @splinterhub because most of the rewards for survival are flowing into the automated brackets with the majority of traffic.
I would consider manual brackets if the SPS split 50/50 with automated brackets!
OMG then the answer is no, I'm anti bot, so the team as always benefiting botters, nothing new under the sun.
Plenty of brackets available to manual players too, but since the rewards flow to each bracket based on the proportion of total CP in each bracket, most of the rewards flow back into the brackets with lots of CP and automated battlers. I want more even split for manual players!

I had heard of Neoxian. Although I thought there was one specifically for logos.
But it's still useful for me to know about Neoxian.

But if you have time on Hive, because your reputation is high and your posts are too.
Mmm, personally I recommend posting in art communities, of which there are several large ones among the huge list of communities you can find on PeakD.
