The hardest part about healing is that it isn’t consistent. You’ll have good days that make you believe you’re finally okay, then bad days that make everything feel fresh again. Don’t mistake those moments for failure. Healing is still happening, even when it hurts.

Exactly, sometimes, out greatest fight is the fear that we aren't getting any better, but once we are able to fight and settle for positive result in our subconscious, every other thing will fall into place 😀

Thank you for adding it valuable.

You are welcome.
Enjoy the rest of your day.

Thank you

I can attest to this because at some point in my life, I thought I wasn’t making any progress due to my relapses. But eventually, I learned that healing has stages and those recurring painful moments are part of it.

Thanks for the reminder. I hope it helps someone.

May you be healed amen. I also work on myself everyday, as has been through traumatic phases of life.

Thank you so much. I wish your efforts too to be crowned with success.

Thank you for the good wishes.
