Lately it's been so cold, so I made tonjiru (pork miso soup).
My family is happy with just tonjiru and rice—no complaints at all… which really helps me out lol
Even though it’s about time for things to start warming up, for some reason it’s still really cold.
This soup has pork and all kinds of vegetables in it 😋
Yeah, it needs a whole bunch of ingredients. Pork for sure, and then carrots, daikon radish, gobo (burdock), green onions... like, a whole lot!
Tonjiru looks good. It's gonna be a good comfort from the cold.
It's like what we call chicken soup or pepper soup here
