How much content is getting missed because of a language barrier?

That's what's missing for peakd, I think it's the most urgent thing in terms of "a simple language". I use DeepL to translate English/Spanish into Portuguese and I write in Portuguese and use it to post in English.
If all this were native to peakd itself it would help a lot.
100% that's a lot of extra work that lots of people are not willing to do, and like I said with hive being global this is really a must also with our lower numbers we wanna max the engagement we got and that would go a long way
Exactly, the more fluid this communication is, the better! If someone wrote there in English, there could be a button and that's it, set a translation standard (mine would be Portuguese) click and that's it, translated! That would be incredible!
Indeed maybe we create a tag and encourage foreign writers and others to use it and maybe it can push the peakd team they implement

Not sure about that but maybe we can give it more though perhaps share in the HOC discord maybe we get more folks thinking about this
That would be really cool, I don't usually hang out on discord much, but I can try to get in there and spread the idea to people, give them the support they need.
I'm for that, too. Though I post mainly in English, it'd be pretty useful. I could practice other languages as well. :D

all the communities, here are people from all the world, many chinese and philippine people
Peakd does have an ai translate button for posts, I also noticed a translate button on the spanish posts in mt snaps feed, maybe it works from any language if it detects a different language from your browser or location, not sure.
Right , maybe something a bit more seamless perhaps an option for auto translation to your desired language, I'm just thinking with our low numbers we wanna max the potential for engagement
