ye i've just had too many attempts myself where I go all out day 1 then feel too sore to continue and forget about it for another winter
hahah That's how it goes.
But here, gym is expensive (relatively), so we cant waste days and not show up. His plan: weight lifting - different muscle groups each day. My routine involves short low-impact cardio, then core exercises, then mid-weight-high rep on all muscles.

As long as we both hold the membership. And we will keep the membership for as long as we can afford it... hopefully long enough to accomplish some fitness goals.
