Hello ladies, I hope we've all been well? It feels nice being here again. Hmmm balancing healthy eating habit and satisfying the cravings of junks is a struggle but a struggle I can actually balance cause in as much as i thunk I love both quite equally, I actually prefer actual food. Sometimes I just want to snack on things that'll make me add unnecessary weight😁
while on most days, I can't help but just eating a well cooked meal and sometimes with a good incorporation of vegetables in it.
I think it's my love for food which isn't new to anyone close to me that made me take catering really seriously, the fact that I just want to make whatever it is I want to eat is a driving force and when I'm able to prepare it, I feel a certain sense of satisfaction.
How different spices just blends together and gives a remarkable taste intrigues me and it juss makes me want to know how it tastes in different kinds of foods. In the nearest future when I have my own family, I'd really love for my children and husband to enjoy a good balance of both junks and a good meal and I think by disciplining myself now on cutting down the junks and enjoying cooked meals, only then can I transfer such to my family. I dot know if I even have a favorite meal seff cause I just love me a well cooked something to eat with lotsssss of pepper too.
I'm a lady of food and I love a healthy balance of good food. Fruits is another healthy feeding I'm crazy about. Having fruits at least three times a week is something I try to do. Even if I can't do a blend of different kinds of fruits I try to eat even if it's a particular type of fruit, especially watermelons.
