
Choosing a simple and quick meal is one of my daily routines. I have to wake up early in the morning to prepare food for my husband who works. He really likes one of the dishes I make: savory potatoes and anchovies cooked in red.

Every morning, I have to prepare rice and side dishes for him to take to the field, because he doesn't come home during the day. This is his favorite recipe. Here it is.
Ingredients:
🔹3 potatoes
🔹3 green chilies
🔹100 grams of dried anchovies.
Ground spices:
🔸3 shallots
🔸2 cloves of garlic
🔸2 red chilies
🔸3 Sunti acid
🔸10 cayenne peppers
🔸1/2 teaspoon coriander
🔸1/2 cm turmeric.

How to make:
🔸Remove the heads of the anchovies.

Peel the potatoes and cut them to your liking.


Chop the green chilies.

Add the anchovies and potatoes to the pan and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Peel the shallots and garlic. Prepare all the ingredients for mashing, then add them to the anchovies and potatoes and stir well.

Heat 6 tablespoons of oil and add the potatoes and anchovies mixed with the spices.

Add a few curry leaves for flavor, stir well, and cook over medium heat.

Taste the seasoning to taste. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve.
