Estos días he preparado varias recetas de pan casero, el día de hoy hice unos pan rellenos de dulce de guayaba para mí merienda familiar, realmente de todos los que he preparado han sido los que más me han gustado 🫣el resultado para mí fué perfecto y delicioso Jeje; en casa a todos nos gustaron.

Personalmente lo serví acompañado de un vaso de leche fría; les muestro la preparación

I’ve been making several homemade bread recipes lately, and today I made some bread rolls filled with guava paste for our family snack. Out of all the ones I’ve made, these are my favorite 🫣. The result was perfect and delicious—hehe—and everyone at home loved them.

Personally, I served them with a glass of cold milk; here’s how I made them

INGREDIENTES

Para seis porciones utilicé: 350 gr de harina todo uso, 7 gr de levadura, 150 ml de leche tibia, 1 cucharadita de miel, 40 gr de margarina, 25 gr de azúcar, 1 pizca de sal, 1 huevo

For six servings, I used: 350 g all-purpose flour, 7 g yeast, 150 ml warm milk, 1 teaspoon honey, 40 g margarine, 25 g sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 egg

PROCEDIMIENTO

En una taza coloqué la harina mezclada con la sal, hice una abertura en el centro,
allí incorporé el azúcar, la levadura, la miel; seguidamente la leche tibia, mezcle un poco con ayuda de una cuchara, luego incorporé un huevo y la margarina, seguí mezclando luego la llevé a una superficie plana y allí continúe amasando por espacio de 10 minutos y lo dejé reposar por media hora.

Pasado este tiempo dividir la masa en 6 porciones iguales, estiré con un rodillo dando forma ovalada y haciendo unos cortes en uno de los extremos como se muestra en la imagen; seguidamente agregué trozos de bocadillo de guayaba y lo envolví .

Luego lo dejé reposar por una hora más, finalmente preparé una mezcla de vainilla,huevo y azúcar ,usando una brocha de cocina barnices los panes y lo llevé al horno a 180 grados centígrados por 25 minutos

PROCEDURE

I put the flour mixed with the salt in a bowl, made a well in the center,
then added the sugar, yeast, and honey; next, I added the warm milk, mixed it a little with a spoon, then added an egg and the margarine. I continued mixing, then transferred the mixture to a flat surface and kneaded it for 10 minutes before letting it rest for half an hour.

After this time, I divided the dough into 6 equal portions, rolled them out with a rolling pin into an oval shape, and made some cuts at one end as shown in the picture; then I added pieces of guava jam and wrapped them up.

Then I let it rest for another hour. Finally, I prepared a mixture of vanilla, egg, and sugar; using a pastry brush, I brushed the buns with the mixture and baked them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
