Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you,Good evening my dear friends. How are you feeling today? If you said you are happy, because you had a very successful day today.This evening, my daughter asked me to make a 'gnana katha'. It is sweet snack and biscuit. In fact, when our children ask us for something, we can't do it. We can't not give it. We love our children that much. So, even though it was late, I thought I should quickly make a Gnana katha. and let her taste it. The ingredients needed to make it are very few and the time it takes is not much, so I made it quickly. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 100g of wheat flour
- 50g of sugar
- An egg
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 50g of butter or margarine
The method of making;
First, add the melted butter or margarine to the bowl and mix well.
Now add sugar and again mix three minutes.
Then add an egg.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Now add the flour little by little. The amount of flour required may vary depending on the amount of butter or margarine you added, the type and size of the eggs, and the amount of flour you added. So, if the dough is too runny, add a little more flour.
Add baking powder.
Knead the dough well and make it into a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.
Take a small ball-sized amount, place it in your palm, and press it down slightly with your hand.
To add color to the sugar coating, I took one tablespoon of sugar in each of two bowls and added food coloring.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes, then bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
It's very easy to make, just take the time to bake. Easy. These are the kind of biscuits that you can enjoy a delicious tea with a small amount of ingredients. Very soft. Very tasty. Not too sweet. That's why everyone in the family can taste it the same way. You can enjoy it. Children will like it more. My dear friends, I believe your will love these biscuits.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
