This time I went to a cafe that I have often visited, this cafe has delicious food and drinks, that's why I often go to this cafe, and of course I will tell you what food and drinks I ordered at this cafe.
This cafe is called Link's Cafe, a cafe that is quite famous in Medan and already has two cafe branches. This is a very comfortable cafe, a beautiful cafe and has friendly and very helpful waiters. And of course what I like the most is the food and drinks, especially the dessert. Because I didn't come at lunch time, this cafe only had a few visitors, and I like this situation, not too crowded.
The menu choices here are many, but they make a menu book that can make it easier for us to determine what we want to order, various menus are separated according to their types. there are choices of waffles, snacks, main dishes, coffee, non-coffee and tea. Waffles are not included in the snack section because waffles are the mainstay menu of this cafe, therefore waffles have a special place.
Even though I didn't come at lunch time, but I hadn't had lunch and I was hungry, so I decided to order the main dish first. And the main dish I ordered was black pepper chicken rice. And I also ordered a cup of coffee.
Black Pepper Chicken Rice
The food presentation they did was quite fast, I was not made to wait long, and the food available was also neatly arranged and looked delicious. A portion of rice that I think is quite a lot, with fried onions on top, cucumber slices, and fried chicken with black pepper sauce and red pepper slices.
I quite like the taste of this food, the taste of this black pepper chicken rice is delicious, but I expected a spicier taste than this. But I still enjoy it, for those who can't eat spicy food it will definitely suit this, if this is added with chili powder then I will really like it. The chicken feels tender and fried well, the sauce is also delicious, the black pepper tastes good, and if the chicken is eaten together with paprika then the taste of this food feels a little spicier.
Kopi Links
Kopi Links is a drink with a mixture of coffee, milk and palm sugar, Palm Sugar Latte might be the right name to describe this drink. The taste of this coffee is very delicious, I have tried various palm sugar lattes in several coffee shops or cafes, and Kopi Links is one of the ones I like the most. The concoction of this drink is perfect for my tongue and taste.
Coffee that tastes bitter and has no sour taste, sweet and creamy milk, and sweet palm sugar syrup add to the deliciousness of this drink. And don't forget to stir this drink before drinking.
Okay, after finishing my lunch, it's time for snacks and dessert. There are two foods that I will definitely order from this cafe, they are pizza and waffles.
Mini Chicken Mushroom Pizza
This cafe has several choices of pizza menu, I have tried all of them and the one I like the most is the pizza with Chicken Mushroom topping.
This pizza is not too big but also not too small, if you don't eat rice, eating one portion of this mini pizza will be enough for you to finish alone, but if you have eaten rice, this pizza is enough for 2-3 people. The pizza is cut into 6 pieces and the sauce is served on the side.
Lots of chicken pieces, with mushroom pieces and melted mozzarella on top make this pizza even more delicious. The pizza dough is also delicious, crispy on the edges, with a thickness that is not too thick. This is very suitable as a snack when you are chatting with your friends.
Waffle
And the last one is waffle, there are several choices of waffle flavors here and I prefer to order the original waffle. Waffle with ice cream on top and with the addition of caramel syrup and palm sugar powder, making this waffle very delicious. I really like this waffle, the waffle has a large enough portion so you can share it with your friends. The taste of the waffle is delicious and if you eat it together with ice cream and caramel syrup then it makes it even more delicious.
The coldness of the ice cream, the sweetness of the caramel syrup makes this waffle very suitable to eat on a hot day, it feels fresh and delicious.
