👩🍳Hello everyone!👩🍳

Welcome to my blog! I'm so happy to be back with you. This time, I want to share the snack I prepared yesterday. Since it was a completely rainy and cloudy day, I was craving something sweet. With just a few ingredients on hand, I decided to make a bread pudding. It's a really simple preparation that doesn't require much time or materials. All you need is a desire to cook, and I'm sure all of us who love cooking always like to experiment with new dishes.

(Ingredientes:)(ingredients:)
- 10 panes francés
- 1 litro de leche
- 250 gramos de azúcar
- 4 huevos
- Vainilla
- 10 French rolls
- 1 liter of milk
- 250 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- Vanilla

Paso nro 1
Paso nro 1
To begin, in a sizable bowl, I'm going to chop the French bread rolls into small pieces. This step is important because it will allow the bread to absorb the milk evenly. If the bread is very fresh, you can let it air dry a bit before chopping it.

Once the bread is ready, I'll add the milk to the bread so it absorbs and softens. It's a good idea to let this mixture sit for about 10 minutes so the bread is well soaked and soft.

When I see that the bread is very soft, I'll start adding the sugar and stirring the mixture. It's important to make sure the sugar dissolves completely. I've seen that this recipe can also be prepared in a blender, but I prefer to do it this way because I like the bread pieces to remain. Plus, by doing it by hand, I feel more connected to the recipe and the developing flavors.

Next, I'll add the four eggs and the vanilla, making sure to mix everything well until you get a smooth mixture. You can use a hand mixer or simply a wooden spoon. The idea is to ensure all the ingredients are perfectly combined.

While the mixture is preparing, I'll make the caramel. In the pot where I'll be cooking the pudding, I'll add enough sugar to make a nice caramel. I'll place the pot over medium heat and let the sugar melt slowly. It's important not to stir the sugar at this point; I just swirl the pot gently so the heat is distributed evenly. When I see that the sugar has reached a golden brown color, I'll know it's time to add the pudding mix. This caramel will give the pudding a special touch and a delicious flavor. Finally, I'll place the pudding in the preheated oven over medium heat for about 30 or 35 minutes. It's advisable to use a heat-resistant mold, and if you like, you can lightly grease it to make it easier to unmold. To check if it's ready, I'll use a wooden stick; if it comes out clean, it means the pudding is ready. If not, it needs a little more time. During baking, the pudding will rise and take on a beautiful golden color on top.
(Resultado final:)(Bottom line:)
I hope you enjoyed this recipe as much as I enjoyed making it. Bread pudding is a dessert that's not only delicious but also full of memories and warmth. It's perfect for sharing with friends and family on those cloudy days or simply to indulge after a long day. Thanks for joining me on this culinary adventure! Until next time, and happy cooking!
