I really lucked out, sis! There is an excellent small Chinese shop (mostly for takeouts) in Davis (the next town). They buy their roasted duck from a duck place in Sacramento. I call in my order in the morning (to make sure there is one for me) for pick-up after work. I always order duck, because I love it!!!
