Hi foodie friends, today my child, my mother, and I tried to enjoy a food that is currently viral in my area, which is usually called Seblak. Yes, Seblak itself is made from Indomie with many topping options that you can enjoy, as well as special Seblak crackers which are very distinctive. When cooked, the crackers will be chewy and different from crackers in general.

we enjoyed it at night. Coincidentally we came home from Lhokseumawe at around 07.00 finished.Arriving at Simpang Serita city, I enjoyed seblak, seblak which has recently gone viral in this place, especially among Gen Z children. Gen Z children are millennial children born in 1997 to 2000, usually called Gen Z children. Children who were born in the internet era, so these children are very adept at using the internet, they say. That's why this stall is called Gen Z stall, hehehe

The atmosphere at night here is really pleasant, there are lots of lights decorating this cafe, the cafe is definitely on the side of the road, the cafe is clean and looks very satisfying

To order, we are free to take it ourselves, like a buffet, we take Mia who provides a basket for us to fill with whatever we like.

We filled Indomie with various variations but I chose the soto flavor variation, while my child I only used small noodles and the toppings were very diverse we chose the toppings one by one, after finishing choosing we could give our basket to the chef or cook. This is the seblak food ingredients that I chose there are 3 baskets containing ingredients to be cooked later

We can choose the menu we like, everything is neatly packed, each pack costs from 2000 to 5000

Just like when we shop at Alfamart or at the supermarket, it's fun when we choose the topping menu, but I hope you don't make a mistake, don't let us take so many menus but not be able to finish them all, hehee don't let that happen, so let's just choose what we like and think we can finish it, okay?

Here, there are shrubs and dumplings available and we chose to try the semakan seblak. This seblak varies from the original which is not spicy at all to the spiciness level of level 10 and I chose the level of spiciness level of level 3 only while my mother chose level 1 and my son chose the original, there are no levels, aka not spicy at all.

Our seblak noodle army, Mutia, arrived at the table in the cafe's signature golden yellow pan, and we immediately enjoyed it together. I sipped the broth. I found it spicy and very delicious and savory, or perhaps with the addition of crackers and lime.

1000675474.jpg

I continued enjoying the noodles and the toppings, there were meatballs, colorful meatballs, various kinds of crackers and the taste was wow. It seems like I will try it again because I think seblak is delicious too. Indomie's soto flavor is delicious combined with the special seblak seasoning. I don't know what the seblak seasonings are, but I think it's their own specialty or their own concoction.

For level 3 alone, it is very spicy in my opinion Oh my gosh, but the spiciness is really addictive, the sauce is really tasty, but I don't know what's in the sauce, it's really tasty and just right, but the level of spiciness is really very spicy so I will drink many times when I sip the sauce and maybe next time I will just order level 2 because I can't stand the spiciness at level 3.

Meanwhile, my son can eat at his leisure because he's not at all different from me, so I'd rather have level 0 or original. He can enjoy it until he's really full.

Wait a minute, my mother also complained about her decision. I didn't expect that level 2 was already spicy according to my mother, but when I felt that level 2 was just right, I thought maybe it was because my mother was getting old. So she can no longer eat a little spicy food, so it would have been better. I ordered level zero, the same as my child, but when I ordered level 0, my mother said she wanted level 2 because she also wanted to eat something a little spicy, but I don't know if level 2 was really hers.

Intan, this is the story of our seblak meal tonight, as spicy as it is, it makes me addicted and it seems that in the future I will also order again with level 2 while my mother level 1. Hahaha, it's understandable, this is the first time we have enjoyed super spicy seblak in my area and in this place it is also very viral, the young people of gen z that I mentioned earlier are very busy here, especially in the afternoon, not at night.
