Hi Fudis friends, How are you today? I will make a dish for my lunch today, for some reason lately I prefer to eat healthy foods such as chicken breast and broccoli and today I will combine the two in one dish.

As we know, broccoli is very good for our health for digestive health and can also help us in dealing with excess weight and meanwhile chicken breast is also very good because it contains a lot of very complete protein.

By combining these ingredients, we are consuming a lot of fiber and complete protein, and this is one of the menus that you can cook for your diet, if you are in the process of losing weight.

If we are on a diet or trying to lose weight, we are not allowed to eat fried chicken. We are advised to eat steamed or stir-fried chicken. Therefore, I just stir-fried the chicken breast with broccoli.

half a head of broccoli, one piece of chicken breast, 1 clove of shallot, 1 clove of garlic, salt, to taste, seasoning to taste, several red chilies, several green chilies,1 tomate and several bird's eye chilies for spiciness

First


I started to cut my chicken breast thinly and I also cut the broccoli into small pieces.

broccoli and chicken breast after ready to be cut then I also cut chilies, tomatoes, onions and garlic

After that, I heat a little oil, then I add the chilies, onions, and tomatoes. After the onions, chilies, and tomatoes wilt, I add the chopped chicken breast.

After the chicken breast was cooked, I added the broccoli, then I added a little water, not forgetting to add salt and chicken stock, then I cooked until the vegetables were cooked.

And here are the vegetables. After cooking, the chicken breast and broccoli are very delicious, a combination of protein and fiber that helps us feel full for longer.

With the tender taste of chicken and super tasty broccoli, it makes me want to enjoy it again and again.
