Who here likes tuna? Wow, the same as me. I really like tuna, in fact, tuna is always in stock at home. My mother usually peels tuna in small amounts before I process it into other delicious dishes.

Tuna is a very good fish and has a lot of protein, so tuna can also make us full longer and this fish can also be a source of protein for your diet and if you don't want to fry the fish, you can make a recipe like the one I made today.
As you all know, I don't want to eat fried fish all the time, lately I've been focusing more on oil-free food menus. and this dish is very suitable for those of you who want to reduce oil in your daily menu

I think that if I make tuna like this, it will use up a lot of rice, so I will make it in a very special way, starting from my mother who has steamed the fish before.

Materials used

200 grams of steamed tuna, 8 bird's eye chilies, 10 red chilies, several lime leaves, 1 clove of red onion, 1 clove of garlic

First, I took all the spices and cut them into small pieces. Then, I put them in a blender and blended them.

Next, I took the tuna and then I shredded the tuna. After I shredded the tuna, I heated the spices that I blended earlier with a little cooking oil.

After the spices were cooked, I added the shredded tuna and stirred it for a while until the spices were evenly distributed. I also cut the lime leaves into small pieces and then added them to the fish and then cooked until the fish was perfectly cooked.

RESULTS

Beautiful. This is the result. My spicy shredded tuna is ready and I immediately served it on a serving plate.
This shredded tuna is quite spicy and also very delicious eaten with warm rice, it will increase our appetite.

The taste is a little spicy and very tasty, it is very suitable to be eaten with warm rice for lunch.I often cook this menu when I have no appetite, when I cook this shredded tuna my appetite immediately increases.
