Hello culinary friends around the world, especially those in our community, I hope you all have a great day and can enjoy the culinary delights around you that you love. Hehe, who here loves pizza and has made it yourself at home? Like me, I love pizza and I often make it at home with the usual pizza recipe complete with all the ingredients.

But who would have thought that today I was interested in making a different kind of pizza: pizza without eggs. How does it taste? I've never tried it myself, so now I want to share this recipe with you at home. In case someone wants to make pizza at home but happens to be out of eggs. Well, don't be sad, even without eggs, we can still enjoy this delicious homemade pizza.

Just by mixing ingredients such as flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast and a little oil, you can make the pizza dough, while for the toppings, you can use your favorite toppings, here I use sausage, chili sauce and also mozzarella cheese, previously the pizza I made did not use mozzarella cheese but this time I want to use this cheese so that it will be more delicious when eaten later

Are you curious about the process and method of making pizza without using eggs? Just follow the step by step that I will share in my post today

Materials used

20 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
2 tablespoons cooking oil
100 ml warm water

For the topping ingredients

1 onion
1 sachet of bolognese sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 sausages
Mozzarella cheese to taste

Manufacturing procedure

First

First, I put the yeast and sugar into warm water, then I let it sit for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the water will foam, which is a sign that the yeast is still active and good.

Second

Next, I took another container, put in the flour, salt, and yeast mixture, then I kneaded the dough until it was smooth and then I let it rest for about 1 hour.

Third

After 1 hour, the dough has doubled in size. After the dough has risen, I take a treplon and flatten the dough on the treplon while I cut the onions and sausages.

Four

After all the toppings were cut, I spread them evenly on the pizza dough, then I spread the sauce evenly too, basically I spread everything evenly.

Well, here it is, my pizza is ready. Homemade pizza is indeed more satisfying, you can add more sauce to the toppings and so on. Basically, all the toppings can be measured according to your taste. After it has cooled down a bit, I served it on a serving plate with this special presentation that makes everyone love it.

mmm the first time I bit into it it tasted really good, exactly like the pizza sold in pizza shops, yes even without using eggs this pizza is really delicious, so it's easy to make pizza without eggs, there's no doubt about the taste, the important thing in my opinion is that there is sauce and mozzarella cheese, if there are others it doesn't matter

Me, me 🙋🙋. I love pizza but never tried making one. I just buy 😮‍💨. I don't know how to make a pizza dough, another thing, we don't have oven, sadly. But this one looks so good. I am craving for pizza everyday but I can't buy them rn 🤤

From now on, you can make it yourself at home, with the recipe that I share, and you don't need an oven, just use a treplon, it's easy, right?

It looks yummy! I'm craving now. 🤣

Great post and important to kids and adults who suffer from stomach issues

In Italy we never use eggs for making pizza only dough and condiments
