Fish is a menu that we eat every day, sometimes we also get bored with the same dishes, so today I will cook fish a little differently, namely by making a chili sauce with added tauco in it, I am very sure that this fish will be very much in demand by fish lovers, once again by fish lovers.

Tauco fish is fish that is fried and then doused with tauco sauce, which is super tasty, tauco itself is made from fermented soybeans so that it adds a more delicious impression, with the characteristic of tauco which is slightly salty so when I cook tauco don't add too much salt again because I'm afraid the fish will be even saltier hehehe

At first I wanted to make fried fish cooked with chili paste, but I think I've cooked fish with chili paste so often that I'm starting to get bored of eating it, so I thought about using tauco which I still have in stock in the fridge, so I made fish with chili paste which I think is very delicious, especially with the addition of ground spices such as red chilies, shallots, and garlic which I puree. I also added green chilies and roughly chopped shallots as a complement.

Okay, are you curious about my tauco fish recipe? Just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.

RESULTS

IMG_20251001_150605.jpg

This is the result of the fish that I cooked, with the fish that I fried very crispy because I really like crispy fish when in chili sauce because if it is not crispy, the fish will become soft when in chili sauce, so as much as possible fry the fish a little crispier, so that the fish's durability is maintained and when enjoyed it will be more delicious.

I enjoyed it with warm rice, the fish was very crunchy combined with slightly salty tauco sauce, but if eaten with rice the saltiness was no longer there, maybe I used too much salt, like I forgot to marinate the fish with salt too hehe so I put in double the salt, it should have been in the sauce without adding more salt, but what can you do, friends, it all happened,

But it's okay, friends, if you eat it with rice, the saltiness will disappear, with a very delicious and slightly spicy fish taste, especially when added with chopped green chilies which make this dish very spicy but also very delicious.
