I have never seen any of these dishes before but I’m very sure it will taste nice
I wish I could get it here though

        Food al cartoccio has a lot of flavor. Here the beef was tender and the linguine,al dente. The cooks know what they're doing. This is one of the cooking methods I haven't tried myself yet. Hopefully soon.
