My lovely foodies community how are you guys doing.
I made a delicious uha soup with love and i wan to share my recipe. Uha Soup is one of my favourite soups that i like so much.
My ingredients
2 small bunch of uha leave
Grounded paper
Salt to taste
2 magala fish
1 smoked fish
Cooking spoon red oil
Stock fish
Ofo (thickener)
Crayfish
Seasonings cubes
MY PREPARATIONS
Washing my stock fish very well and put inside a clean pot then add water then set on fire to start cooking.
When my stockfish is on fire cooking i started to pound my ofor (thickener), after pounding my ofor i added crayfish and pound it together with the ofor,i make sure i mixed the both well inside the mortar
So i added red oil and my washed magala fish inside the pot.
5 minutes later i added my mixed ofor and crayfish, paper,seasonings and salt in the pot and allow it for like 3 minutes.
Sharply i plough my uha leave and use my hand to cut it the way i want ,i washed the uha thoroughly and add to the soup after that i added my washed smoked fish and turn well.
And guess what the soup is done and it tastes good and nice.
