Something that is processed into side dishes that can be enjoyed anytime with the family is a mainstay menu for me. Including serving quick meals at home, is a recipe for happiness for me.
Hi foodies, of course many of us like recipes that are easy to make and of course delicious. I am a fan of one of those recipes, if I find that type of recipe, it will be my go-to tip during a busy day. Well today I will prepare one of the simple recipes processed from an omelet that is quite popular in my area. Usually this egg is indeed a mainstay menu of fast side dishes that I can mention to be traditional recipes. The processing method is very simple but the taste is indeed very super.
Coconut Omelet
Ingredients
50 grams shredded coconut
1 tablespoon flour (optional)
1 spring onion stem
3 cm turmeric
2 sunti tamarind
3 cloves shallots
2 cloves garlic

Result
The result is indeed very beautiful, and this type of omelet is known for its thickness. When frying, you need to be careful when flipping it over because it is very easy to break when flipped. My tip is to first flip it onto a plate or a Teflon pan, then fry it again in the same position. The key is to adjust it to your preference, as the outcome will depend on what you want to achieve.

This omelet is usually enjoyed with warm rice alone, which is already delicious. Or if you prefer, you can enjoy it on its own—it all depends on your taste. The flavor is rich, with a hint of sweetness from the coconut and a touch of spice from the added seasoning. What I like most is that it has no fishy taste at all.
