Eggs can be made into any dish, and this time, combining eggs with potatoes and sausages is very quick and easy.
Potato And Sausage Omelet

Potato and sausage omelet is an omelet combined with chopped potatoes and sausage. Sprinkled with green onions and chopped chilies, it has an extraordinary flavor. Savory and spicy with a spectacular taste, no one would ever think of combining these simple ingredients to make a delicious breakfast or even a side dish.
This dish is actually a single serving, but it's enough for two people if you add other side dishes such as rice or bread. I enjoyed it with my husband, combining it with warm white rice. Here's the recipe, which you can easily make at home.
