Making Gemoy Fried Sausage

Gemoy Fried Sausage

Gemoy fried sausage is the name of this snack, its shape is quite cute big at the bottom and slim above so it is named gemoy. The preparation is very easy once you make a layer of sausage by adding wheat flour and tapioca stirred with hot water. The final layer is given a touch of fanir flour to make it crisper.

Ingredients

4 sausages
10 spoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of mushroom stock
100 ml of hot water
100 grams of fanir flour




Cooking Procedure


First, I prepared the sausages by cutting them into thirds, as they weren't too long.

Then, I sliced ​​them into several pieces, the tops for frying.

Add the flour then stir in the salt and mushroom stock.

Then add hot water little by little while stirring.

Finally add tapioca flour, then stir until evenly distributed until smooth.

Add half of the flour mixture to the sausage body.

Then dip into the wet flour dough and then put it in the fanir flour until all parts.

Finally fry until brownish yellow, or fry until cooked.
