Hi foodie lovers, happy weekend to all of you. Sundays like this are indeed very nice to relax at home while enjoying something that will make us hungry right. As usual, I am actually very lazy to do activities today because the weather in my area is in the rainy season. So that makes the atmosphere very lazy with the cloudy weather outside. Well, a good alternative is to relax while browsing social media. Hehe, sometimes we need to update new things on social media, or just shop online.
Well eliminating boredom today I tried to make one of the processed recipes from dragon fruit. Namely dragon fruit chocolate bread, dragon fruit is always our dish looks beautiful. Maybe because the color is bright like my favorite color.
This dragon fruit bread is made very simple and easy once you try at home, for you beginners this is a very suitable way for you to do.
Ingredients Used
1 egg
50 grams of milk powder
5.5 grams of instant yeast
100 grams of dragon fruit
¼ teaspoon of salt
30 grams of margarine
40 grams of granulated sugar
To taste Chocolate for filling
To taste Black sesame for topping
Making Procedure
Combine flour, instant yeast and then sugar in a container.

Add milk and one whole egg in the dough container, Then stir until evenly distributed.

Prepare the dragon fruit and then mash it. After mashing, add the dragon fruit to the flour mixture container, stir until evenly mixed. The color changes to be very beautiful.

Add margarine and stir until evenly mixed, then rest the dough covered with a cloth for 50 minutes.

After 50 minutes the dough has risen, then divide the dough into 8 parts. Round then flatten the dough and fill with chocolate bars. Leave the dough in the pan and then rest again for 30 minutes.

Once risen, brush with margarine and sprinkle with sesame seeds then bake for 35 minutes top bottom heat at 200 degrees Celsius.

Result
Serve the dragon fruit bread with chocolate filling while still warm, you will enjoy a perfectly soft puffed bread. The sweet touch is indeed very tempting. You can add any jam you want if you don't like chocolate. Since I am a chocolate lover this is the best topping in my opinion. That's why I use super melted chocolate bars for maximum results.
