Super rich noodles with vegetables, eggs and soy sauce, super yummy! (ENG/ESP)

Yesterday I was really busy and went for a walk, so I was absent, but in the evening I wanted to cook something rich and delicious, so since everyone in my family loves them, I made some super noodles filled with vegetables, soy sauce, and eggs!

Here's the recipe:

  • 100 grams of chow mein noodles
  • 4 carrots
  • 80 grams of Savoy cabbage
  • 60 grams of radishes
  • 100 grams of canned corn
  • 500 ml of vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 200 ml of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 7 eggs

First, let's take care of the vegetables: take the carrots, peel them, and cut them into rounds. Prepare a pot with the broth and salt. As soon as the broth boils, add the carrots, which we cook for ten minutes initially. We add them first because they are the hardest vegetables to cook. Then, take the Savoy cabbage, chop the required amount, and cut it into medium-sized strips. Add them to the pot with the carrots and cook for another five minutes.
