  • 450 ml of tomato pulp
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 200 ml of water
  • 3 tablespoons of coarse salt

First, prepare the cabbage. Remove the outer leaves and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add the cabbage to the pan. Sauté, then slowly add water to soften it. Cook for fifteen minutes, stirring frequently.

Tenía mucha col en la nevera porque la encontré a muy buen precio ayer en el supermercado, así que decidí preparar un guiso de col con huevos (si quieren una versión vegana, simplemente omitan los huevos). Es un plato económico, delicioso y nutritivo.

Para esta receta necesitarán:

  • 300 gramos de col
  • 450 ml de pulpa de tomate
  • 4 huevos
  • 4 cucharadas de aceite
  • 200 ml de agua
  • 3 cucharadas de sal gruesa
