This jelly looks super I'm not so good at making jelly It always turn out with the wrong consistence by the way I didn't find hibiscus juice here unfortunately only some kind of tea....

I didn't use hibiscus juice either; I used the tea, that is, the dried flowers, and combined them with semerucos or acerolas. You can use that tea and combine it with cherry juice. Remember to use 800 ml of juice for that amount of gelatin.
