Fresh rice with peas, cherry tomatoes and tuna (ENG/ESP)

Good evening, blog friends, how are you? It's very hot here again today, and I decided to make one of the many summer recipes I love using mixed rice. Rice is a cheap and fresh dish, perfect for cold summer dishes as well as warm fall and winter dishes. Long live rice!

For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 120 grams of rice
  • 100 grams of peas
  • 60 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 150 grams of canned tuna
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon of white pepper

First, prepare the rice seasoning: wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly, then finely chop them. Peel and slice the shallot. Heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the shallot, and sauté for three minutes.
