This looks delicious. I love the color they turn after baking. I think they're perfect for breakfast or a snack. Totally tempting. This bolen looks like Venezuelan cachitos.

        I'm glad to hear that there is food in Venezuela that is similar to smoked beef bolen. They are very delicious and savory.
