Ingredientes: 1/2 Kilo pechuga de pollo, 1/4 kilo de camarones, 1/2 kilo de arroz, 1 zanahoria, cebollín, ajo porro, 1 cebolla, carmencita, aceite.

Cortamos todos los aliños en cuadritos pequeños lo llevamos a una olla con un chorrito de aceite y comenzamos a sofreír a fuego lento.

Vamos a preparar un caldo de pollo y encubrimos las cabezas de los camarones para darle más sabor, llevamos el pollo a cocinar y luego de 5 minutos incorporamos los camarones mezclamos con todos los aliños.
