Feliz domingo tengan todos mis queridos amigos ya estamos culminando nuestra semana santa época donde la gastronomía y dulcería típica de mi región salen a relucir en esta temporada preparando un delicioso dulce de lechoza, esta es una receta que conserva de mi abuela ya que ella se encargaba de preparar todas esas gastronomía típica que representa la semana Santa, además como todos saben me encanta la cocina y sobre todos los dulces siempre procuro prepararlos en casa para consentir a mis hijos y seguir las tradiciones familiares.

During this season, I'm preparing a delicious papaya sweet. This is a recipe I inherited from my grandmother, as she was in charge of preparing all the traditional dishes that represent Holy Week. As you all know, I love cooking, and especially sweets. I always try to make them at home to treat my children and continue our family traditions.

Ingredientes: 4 kilos de lechuza verde, 1 papelón, clavitos especie, soda, canela.

Comenzamos pelando las lechozas y extrayendo sus semillas, luego la vamos a cortar en tajadas con un mínimo grosor, estas las llevaremos a un recipiente con agua y agregaremos una papeleta de soda y dejaremos allí por una hora.

Dejamos reposar luego llevamos a la nevera a refrigerar y en un par de horas listo para degustar y seguir creando momentos tradicionales dentro de la gastronomía.
