Un saludo cordial para todos mis queridos amigos amantes de la comida del buen sabor los desayunos siempre son importantes en casa ya que son parte del inicio de nuestro día el cual debemos tener mucha energía para afrontar nuestro itinerario, los huevos son fuentes de proteína pero en mi caso me gusta combinarlo con otros ingredientes, en este caso estaré preparando lo que conocemos como un perico o revoltillo, que es la combinación de huevos, sardina de lata y aliños, una receta fácil de preparar y deliciosa la cual puedes acompañar con arepas, pan, casabe entre otros.

Ingredientes: 6 huevos, 2 sardinas de lata, 2 tomates, 1 cebolla, ajo porro, color, sal, adobo, aceite.
