First i will tell you ingredients and spices. So let's start.

Ingredients

One kg beef mince

Onions puree

Green chillies

Ginger

Garlic

Tomato paste

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Turmeric

Dry coriander

Gram flour

Black pepper

Garm masala

Yogurt

Process

First i took beef mince then added chopped onions garlic
ginger and green chillies in the mince. After this i added whole spices like salt gram flour red chilli turmeric green chilli dry coriander black pepper. I mixed well whole spices in the beef mince. Then i gave the shape of kofta and put them in a plate.

Now i hoted oil in a wide pan for frying the kofta. I fried them in golden brown shade.

Now i started to prepare the curry of kofta. For this process i put onion puree in the oil then cooked it for 2 minutes.

Later on i added ginger garlic paste and tomato puree in the gravy. And cooked also for 2 minutes. I also added whole spices that i mention above. For smooth gravy i added yogurt also.

Then i added two glass water in the gravy. When boil came i added kofta also in the gravy.

After adding kofta i covered the pan and cooked for 5 minutes.

My curry kofta is ready for eating. I garnished it with green chillies.

Thank you so much 😊

My, that looks tasty and flavorful, just seeing the thick sauce says it all. I'm sure it is perfect to pair with rice 🤤✨

Beer curry kofta sounds like a delicious meal though I have never had a taste of it before.
