Hello@foodies community!How are you In hope you're doing great in this holiday season.Today's special recipe that I will be sharing was one of the best dessert I prepared during New Year's Eve.So I'm gonna share to you this simple yet delicious and mouth watering recipe.
Glutinous Rice or the malagkit in Filipino gives a chewy,kanin like bite combined with the eggs and the milk that gives it a creamy taste just like a traditional leche flan.To boost its flavor you can add vanilla and a lemon,or sprinkle it with a little salt.

Here's the following ingredients in cooking this
2 cups of glutinous rice
1 can of condensed milk
1 cups of evaporated milk
2 whole egss
Procedures:
CARAMEL SYRUP
4 tbsp of sugar
Do the caramel syrup first by heating 4tbsp.of sugar in a pan over
low heat until melted and golden brown.
MIXING THE FLAN BASE
In a mixing bowl,combine glutinous rice, condensed milk,evap milk,and eggs(optional: vanilla extract)
Whisk or mix it thoroughly until smooth and lump free.

STEAM THE MIXTURE
Pour the mixture into pan which has a caramel coated mold and start steaming over a medium low heat for about 40-60 minutes or until the glutinous rice becomes form and set.

SERVE WHEN ITS COOL ALREADY
Allow to cool completely before removing it from its molder
Slice and serve chilled for best texture.
You can add cheese at the topped of it..
