I love steamed buns, when I was in Taiwan they did some with all different kinds of filling. And the most memorable ones I had were ones moulded like flowers with natural colouring, they were too beautiful to eat

        I saw those beautiful mantou, it's like they have this special technique to shape them. I made another batch today and filled with mung beans. This one I saw on youtube is so beautiful
