Hello food lovers! Today I'm going to share to you a beautiful place where it has expensive yet worthy foods. I already published a blog about this beautiful place and in this blog I'm going to share to you the foods we have here.
Actually they had lots on their menu to the point it's difficult to choose which one. It's way more expensive for the price and quantity but this would be part of our meaningful experience here in camiguin so I set aside the price. Hahaha!
First we have the chicken steak. I only heard it just this time that chicken can be a steak. The presentation is really good but a little disappointed about the rice. I don't like eating bottom part of the rice and also it was served very cold. But the chicken steak is really good with the lettuce.
Then we had the chicken fingers. It is like a fried chicken but it doesn't have any bones, it's purely meat rolled like finger sticks. The gravy is very suitable and I think the only problem they made for it is that they did not boil well the sauce leaving big cubes of butter. But overall it's crispy outside and tender inside. My kids loved it so much.
Then we had everyone's favorite the sotanghon guisado. It's a sauteed glass noodle with chicken meat and vegetables. It has lemon on top. Every time we had pancit guisado we always had calamansi on top and today we tried the lemon and it's way better. It's smell and citrus filled the entire plate leaving a very mind blowing combination.
We had a jar of pineapple juice made from real pineapple fruit but the problem is I think they didn't taste it because for me it needs sugar to sweetened. It has so many ants on top too.
It was a wonderful experience meeting a new recipe and it's really good. The prices of the snacks, dessert and beverages are way too expensive but I think it's worth the price because it's delicious. I hope they will look at each of the plate and glasses before giving to the customers because in my case if I were a very sensitive person I will never eat it, it has so many charcoal ashes on the plate, it's a cold rice and ants on the juices. The beauty of the place is beautiful, the food is delicious but I think I will come here again but will not eat again!
