And I have lots of canned Corned beef in my pantry.
It keeps for a long time but it is quite salty.

Well it was a part of my soft preps about 5 years ago but are now passing their 'Best Before' integrity date. They taste okay, cheap protein but the replacement price has definitely blasted off since.
23 cans to go.

What more can I say? This recipe is good timing though.

Yeah, it is salty, sis,
That is why you need to turn it into soup, hehehe!
And it becomes a delicious soup!
If you just sauteed it, or just friend it, it is salty!
But not if it is in an omelette.
I sometimes add cabbage to it, like the Irish stew
