My mom was like "Didn't your aunt teach you how to make cordon bleu? Do you still remember it?" and I replied yes~ and thus I made them for Ma, who was craving for it and thought of taking a picture of the process and blogging about it here,
Ingredients:
- all-purpose flour
- ham
- salt & pepper (depends if you want to add more seasoning for more flavor)
- 2 eggs
- bread crumbs
- cheese
- 1 kilo of chicken breast

It's a very simple process, you just have to cut the chicken breast in flat, put the ham and cheese on, roll it, and then secure it by pinning toothpicks.

coating process with the use of all-purpose flour with salt & pepper mixed on it, then egg in a separate bowl and breadcrumbs, dip the rolled chicken breast first in flour then the egg, and cover it with breadcrumbs then place the finished ones, on a clean container.

fry it till it is golden brown or if you think it's already cooked, let it cool
very crispy looking ~ remove the toothpick if it's no longer hot
and lastly! the plating ~ a well-cooked cordon bleu ~ it's simple and yet very delicious, truly a chefs kiss!
