Hello, hivers. This is my third blog on the platform.
What I'm sharing with you right now is our dish Tinolang Tilapia, which i prepared for our meal.

Tilapia fish is the dish I cook the most; it is also inexpensive. And it's my favorite because it can be used in variety of recipes.
Heres the recipe of my Tinolang tilapia:

Ingredients:
- Fish (Tilapia) or St.peter fish/Hawaiian sunfish (the name of the fish according google)
 - Chili leaves
 - Tomatoes
 - 1 Onion
 - 3 Cloves of Garlic
 - Ginger
 - 1 red/ long green chili
 - Magic Sarap

Procedure :

To remove the fishiness o lansa, first wash the fish then add salt.
I bought the tilapia here at the fish market for only 100 pesos. free to slice and remove the fish scales.

Slice the onion, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes like i did.

Also take the chili leaves one by one like this.

This is our small pot; I only bought one because there are only two of us. I cook just enough to avoid spoilage.
Heat the pot and add a little oil. Sauté the onion, garlic, tomatoes, ginger, and fish, then add as much broth as you like.
Cover and wait for it to simmer until the rind is removed and the fish is cooked through.
Then season with magic sarap and add the chili leaves; allow to boil again because I prefer the leaves to be cooked.

Here it is ready to serve.
This is an easy-to-cook recipe, fits the budget, and its also delicious. I hope you like it.
