"Etag" is a processed meat in cordillera using salt and let the meat dry in the sun or thru smoking process.
It is a traditional way to preserve meat. My two boss and food buddys planned to go and to have lunch at Etag TV since we are craving for this traditional foodie here in our place.
It was my first time to go in that place and it was almost forty minutes drive from Baguio town.
As we arrived in the place, it was simple but aesthetic, not that cozy place but a lot of people outaide Benguet are coming just to taste the etag delicacy.
So,if you are travelling to Baguio you can visit and try the etag delicacy.
And be one of the "kasakmol" which means food buddy.
The best food combo since the rice is good, too.
