Lovers of food I bring a new dish to the table today. Ok guys I made a nice recipe for my children because we're on holiday and preparing to travel to spend our holidays in the village. So I said let me share it with you guys and show how I made it.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳One bulb of onion
🌳Some seasoning clubs
🌳Half cup of red oil
🌳Some fresh pepper 🌶️
🌳One plate of oil bean (Ugba)
🌳Head stock fish
🌳Six tablespoons of blended crayfish
🌳Some fresh pieces of uzizi leaves 🌿
🌳One teaspoon of salt for taste
🌳Some pieces of fresh okoro seeds
🌳One plate of beef meat 🍖
🌳Water for cooking

PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show and share how I made this recipe out
First I wash and prepare all my ingredients by after the other set aside



Then wash the meat and the stock fish put into a pot add my ingredients into it and cook to boil for some minutes





When my pot of meat is still on fire, I start to prepare my okoro and uzizi leaves by washing and cutting them into pieces and set aside





Here the meat is well cooked so I add water and red oil then allow to cook for some minutes



After I add my blended crayfish and oil bean (Ugba) mix very well



Then after awhile I add my chopped okoro and mix then after some minutes I add my uzizi leaves and allow to cook for awhile before I bring it down
