Buffalo Wings in IT Park is basically my second home when it comes to comfort food. I’ve eaten here more times than I can count, and 9 out of 10 visits, I go straight for my ride-or-die order: the beef stroganoff. It’s creamy, flavorful, and comes in a portion so huge, it’s practically screaming “share me!”
But on my last visit, tragedy struck. Gasp! The beef stroganoff was out of stock. For a moment, my foodie heart sank. But hey, when life takes away your favorite dish, you turn it into an excuse to try the rest of the menu, right?
So that’s exactly what we did. We went full-on buffet mode and ordered fried chicken, pumpkin soup, Caesar salad, sisig, shrimp gambas, mashed potatoes, and lasagna. Basically, the table was overflowing, and I was not mad about it.
The fried chicken was golden, crispy, and juicy—everything you want in comfort food. The pumpkin soup was warm and velvety, perfect for a cozy bite between heavier dishes. The Caesar salad? Fresh, crunchy, and a nice break from all the rich flavors.
Then came the sisig—served sizzling, flavorful, and just begging for a spoonful of rice. The shrimp gambas had that garlicky, slightly spicy punch I love, while the mashed potatoes were creamy clouds of happiness. And the lasagna? Cheesy, meaty, and oh-so-satisfying.
Sure, I missed my beloved stroganoff, but this little plot twist turned into a win. I discovered that Buffalo Wings isn’t just about that one dish—it’s a treasure trove of comfort food waiting to be devoured.
So the next time your favorite order is out of stock, take it as a sign. Try something new, go all out, and maybe—just maybe—you’ll find a new favorite.
That's it for today's blog. See you in my next one!
Sending some love and light
