My friend and I visited Buffalo Brads located at Ayala Central Bloc, Cebu. She was raving about their beef stroganoff. I've tried dining in this restaurant with Ben before but we only ordered their flavored chicken and carbonara pasta- their signature dishes.
This time, we ordered their food bundle good for 3 people which includes the beef stroganoff, a dozen of chicken, and 3 scoops of homemade ice cream.
True enough, the beef stroganoff did standout among all the dishes. The serving size is huge too, perfect for sharing.
One of our agenda for this dinner is that my friend got accepted in another company in manila. Although she hasn't officially resigned yet, shes decided to take the offer and leave. We examined the job offer line by line and weighed the pros and cons. I honestly want her to stay but no matter where we look, the pros of taking the offer outweighs the cons. Even if it means she'll work in Manila. So we cheered her and said to go for it.
Aside from the good food and company, the interior of the place is also something. I noticed that every corner has a sports-themed accent. The bar counter resembles that of a boxing ring. They also have a lounge area where family and friends could watch their favorite sports while having a few drinks and food.
This is the design of their bathroom. The walls are covered with picture frames of famous personalities in the world of sports.
I remember back when Ben and I visited this restaurant, there was a band singing all out favorite songs. Unfortunately, tonight, no music band was singing infront.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed our dinner at Buffalo Brads and would love to come again to try their other menu.
