Have you ever experience a problem when in travel? But it turns out that problem becomes something you can't forget because you can discover something bigger than your destination. That's what makes travel more enjoyable.

Like this trip, where I found something more valuable than the journey itself. May I tell you a story? Let me start...

I rent an electric motorbike that I find on the way. I dont know that the battery have trouble. The display still fully, but after using it for an hour, its down. I try calling the motorbike rental owner, but communication in Myanmar is different... No Meta...

I pushed the motorbike for 15 minutes (1 km) and finally find a small restaurant by the side of the road. We have not breakfast yet, so we hurried. We were warm welcomed by the owner and he help us get picked up by exchange another motorbike.

But, it wasn't just that. More than that... in that very small shop, it turned out there was a hidden gem. Trying to speak a different language, we were served their traditional food. Honestly, I don't know what it's called or what kind it is food, but I will to try to describe what it tastes like, okay?

This one looks like a sausage, but it's not.. same same but differetn. It's wrappin in a case similar to a sausage case, but slightly harder and thick. It's fill with tender chicken, described as very sweet. Sweet caramel, but it's chicken. Although it's red, it's not spicy at all. In fact, the spiciness comes from the green plate.

One curry noodle dish, i find the name in goodle: Ohn No Khao Swe. It's savory, spicy little bit, with spice minced chicken. It's a little oily, but the texture of the noodles is what I like best. Soft and so it's easy to serve as breakfast.

In traditional Bagan cuisine, Myanmar, they often use side dishes as compliment. That's why their food is so memorable because in one meal, you get to experience so many flavors. Your palate is pampering with spices and culture.

Isn't this something I should be grateful for on my travels? even though I had to push the motorbike almost 1 kilometer :D

It was truly a gastronomic experience to try all that blindfolded. At least it looked good.
Now I ask, did you eat all that by yourself?
