Today, I’ve brought a delicious recipe to share with you all. Sometimes, the most satisfying snacks come from the simplest combinations. And today’s recipe is a perfect example of that — made with basic ingredients like wheat flour, eggs, chopped onions, spices, and a seasoned egg mixture.
This blend comes together quickly to create a golden, crispy delight that’s perfect to enjoy warm straight from the pan. If you’re looking for a quick teatime bite or an easy snack to please your family, this crispy creation is just what you need.

Required Ingredients...
1 Cup of Wheat flour.
1 Egg.
1 teaspoon of chili powder.
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
Salt as required.
1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
2 Onion.
About 2 green chilies.
Some Curry leaves.
Some water.
Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making....
First, add the wheat flour into a bowl. Then add a pinch of salt and some water to make a dough.
Next, finely chop the onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. At the same time, grate the boiled egg.
Next, take a pan and add about one tablespoon of coconut oil. Once it heats up, add chili powder, turmeric powder, and crushed chili flakes, and mix well.
Next, add the chopped onions, curry leaves, grated egg, chopped green chilies, and black pepper powder to the same pan and mix well. Add a pinch of salt if needed. Fry it well on both sides and then remove the fry from the pan.
Next, shape the prepared dough into small balls and flatten them using a rolling pin as shown below.
Next, place portions of the prepared onion and egg fry mixture onto the thinly rolled dough rounds as desired. Roll it up as shown below.
Next, take a bowl and add about 3 tablespoons of wheat flour. Add a little water to it and prepare a thin batter.
Finally, place a pan on the stove and add some coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, coat the prepared snack in the batter and fry until it turns golden brown.
So, once it’s cooked to a crispy perfection, this simple snack delivers a deliciously satisfying taste in every bite.
The richness of the onions and eggs is gently balanced to create a flavorful blend.
