Required Ingredients...
🍀 A piece of breadfruit.
🍀 1 Cup of Wheat flour.
🍀 Some breadcrumbs.
🍀 1 Egg.
🍀 A few finely chopped curry leaves.
🍀 A little crushed garlic.
🍀 A little finely grated onion.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of Chili powder.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making....
First, take a portion of the breadfruit and remove the outer skin. Then, slice it into moderately thin pieces as shown below.
Next, take a pot and add a little water. Then, add some salt and turmeric powder, and include the sliced breadfruit pieces. Cook it well until.
Now, to coat the boiled breadfruit slices, we need to prepare a batter. For that, take a bowl and add some wheat flour. Then, add an egg, chili powder, paprika, turmeric powder, and chopped curry leaves. Gradually add water and mix to form a smooth batter.
Now we coat the boiled breadfruit slices in the prepared batter, then roll them in breadcrumbs and set them aside.
Next, take a pan and add coconut oil to it. Place it on the stove and let the oil heat up. Once the oil is hot, fry the prepared breadfruit slices until they turn golden brown.
And that's how we prepare this delicious treat. These crispy breadfruit bites are perfect for tea time, family gatherings, or even a quick evening snack. It's a comforting homemade delight that brings the warmth of goodness to any spontaneous moment shared with loved ones.
